Shiny Happy People was a popular song on the radio, but it was the cheesiest song R.E.M. every wrote. It was reported that Michael Stipe hated the song and did not include it on their 2003 “best of” album. Oh well, it was a hit in 1991, so here it is for all you shiny, happy people out there. Enjoy!
